Jessica absolutely saved the day for us! We were just vacationing and visiting Nugget Falls, and my husband lost his glasses while doing a polar plunge! The Costco optical office would be closed until the 22nd, and the eye clinic doesn’t handle hardware, but Jessica called us back and had the great idea to get my husband set up with contacts. We were able to get his script from back home, and then she made sure he could put the contacts in and take them out on his own, and gave him enough trials to make it through to the end of our trip and a little beyond. When we expected to pay, she explained that they were all trials and so wouldn’t cost a thing. She even threw in some contact solution and the holder for the contacts too! We are SO grateful! Thank you for coming to the rescue and saving our vacation!
